  • Zoom: You can schedule a 1-on-1 Zoom session once a day, with each session lasting up to one hour.
  • Text (SMS) and Email: These support channels are available throughout the day, and the only limit is the number of hours in a weekday.

Our support hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm U.S. Eastern time. Please note that support is not available on weekends or national U.S. holidays.
